Job DescriptionJob Description Financial Controller Salary:

$80K - $130K+, depending on experience

Direct Hire Hybrid and Work-From-Home Flexibility Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of all necessary financial statements, and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely Responsible for ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local tax laws Monitor the accuracy of financial data and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded Analyze financial data for patterns, trends, and anomalies, and recommend corrective action as necessary Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Provide financial guidance and support to department heads, and ensure that all financial decisions are in alignment with the organization's strategic goals Supervise and mentor accounting staff Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
