We are seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator to join our team and grow with the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job Duties:
Process and monitor import shipments and orders Prepare and manage documentation, including rate requests, quotes, arrival notices, work orders, bills of lading, pick lists, and customer invoicing Coordinate with warehouses, truckers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries Track and trace shipments and provide status updates as needed Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries Perform additional duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered and will be trained) Knowledge of U.S. import/export procedures is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems/search tools Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Optional enrollment in life insurance coverage Logistics Coordinator 33402 Highway 290, Hockley, TX 77447Full-time Full-time Description:
