Key Responsibilities:

Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory activity, and financial performance Monitor and investigate cost variances and operational trends Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities Track key metrics, inventory levels, and production performance Partner with operations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities Develop reports and analysis to support business and financial decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and operations teams #INSEP2026
