What You'll Do:
Welcome customers and guide them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase process Conduct consultative interviews to assess financing needs and present clear, compliant options Submit deals to lenders and secure competitive financing solutions Present protection products using a transparent pricing menu Ensure all transactions and paperwork meet federal, state, and dealership compliance standards Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent customer experience Build rapport with customers to create long-term relationships and generate referrals Meet or exceed monthly F&I performance goals Stay current on product knowledge and dealership processes
What We're Looking For:
Previous dealership sales experience is required Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in automotive finance management High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus) Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience with dealership systems and lender platforms preferred Comfort with technology and a fast-paced retail environment Why Join AutoNation?
