The Opportunity This is a high-impact Controller role within a growing organization where finance is a key driver of business decisions. You'll lead core accounting operations while helping shape a more efficient, automated, and scalable finance function. What You'll Do Lead month-end close and consolidated financial reporting Own the general ledger, reconciliations, and variance analysis Drive automation and improve accounting workflows Lead audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and strengthen controls Support cash flow, treasury, and multi-entity operations What You Bring 10+ years of accounting experience, including Controller/Assistant Controller Big 4 or public accounting background (preferred) Multi-entity experience and strong GAAP knowledge A mindset for improving processes and building scalable systems Why Otter High-growth, PE-backed environment Direct exposure to leadership and strategy Opportunity to build, improve, and make a real impact
