Our U.S. organization is entering an exciting phase of transformation and expansion, with ambitious growth plans, increasing market opportunities, and significant investments in business processes, systems, and organizational development.

To support this journey, we are looking for a Finance Director who can be much more than a finance leader. We are seeking a business-minded executive who can combine financial leadership, operational excellence, business transformation, and people leadership to help build the next chapter of Renson North America. The opportunityAs Finance Director, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the President of Renson North America, local management and corporate leadership team.

You will be responsible for the financial performance, reporting, planning, governance, and strategic decision support of the U.S. business. At the same time, you will play a critical role in improving business processes, driving operational maturity, further embedding SAP, and supporting organizational development across the company.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on the future growth and profitability of the North American organization. What you'll doStrategic Finance LeadershipLead all aspects of financial management, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Drive financial performance and business profitability.

Deliver meaningful financial and operational insights that enable better decision-making.

Partner with commercial, operational, and corporate stakeholders to support growth initiatives and investment decisions.

Develop business cases, profitability analyses, and financial scenarios to support strategic decisions.

Business Transformation & Process ExcellenceLead the further professionalization of financial and non-financial business processes.

Drive SAP adoption and continuous process optimization.

Act as Business Process Owner for non-operational processes.

Bridge local business needs with global standards and best practices.

Support organizational transformation initiatives that increase scalability and efficiency.

Governance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure compliance with financial, legal, tax, and corporate requirements.

Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit readiness.

Identify and mitigate business risks while supporting sustainable growth.

Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the finance team.

Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Support organizational effectiveness and change management throughout the company.

HR ManagementPartner with Group HR and local leadership to support HR governance, workforce reporting, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Serve as a key stakeholder in people-related decisions and sensitive employee matters.

What we're looking forWe are looking for a hands-on strategic leader who combines strong financial expertise with business acumen and the ability to lead change.

Preferred qualificationsMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Extensive experience in finance leadership, business controlling, or CFO/Finance Director roles.

Strong understanding of financial planning, performance management, reporting, and business partnering.

Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

ERP experience, preferably SAP environments.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams and driving organizational change.

Experience in international or matrix organizations is highly valued.
