Job Description

Controller Salary:
$190,000 – $205,000 base + bonus + profit sharing

Controller:
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including close and financial reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (AP, AR, and staff)
  • Partner with the CFO on strategy, process improvements, and key initiatives
  • Strengthen internal controls, systems, and reporting accuracy
  • Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership Qualifications for the
Controller:
  • Active CPA designation required
  • 10+ years of accounting experience
  • Prior Controller experience within a mid-sized organization
