Job Description
Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including close and financial reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (AP, AR, and staff)
- Partner with the CFO on strategy, process improvements, and key initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls, systems, and reporting accuracy
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to executive leadership Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Active CPA designation required
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Prior Controller experience within a mid-sized organization
