We're looking for someone who loves cheerleading and enjoys working with younger athletes to assist our coaches with two youth cheer teams .

What You'll Do:

Assist coaches during youth cheer practices Help younger athletes learn and practice cheer skills Help keep athletes engaged, focused, and having fun Assist with demonstrations, drills, and basic instruction Help coaches maintain a positive, encouraging practice environment Support coaches with general practice activities and organization

Schedule:

Monday evenings Thursday evenings Approximately 5 hours per week

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old Previous cheerleading experience preferred Enjoys working with younger children Must have reliable transportation Responsible, dependable, and energetic Positive attitude and comfortable working as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction from our coaches This is a great opportunity for a high school student/cheerleader who is interested in gaining coaching experience, working with younger athletes, and being part of a fun gym environment!

Pay:
