Vice President of Technology Description The Vice President of Technology supports AMOCO in "serving the financial needs of our members" by shaping and advancing digital initiatives that bring the credit union's technology strategy to life. The role ensures strong execution and operational oversight across various technology departments, working in close partnership with the SVP of Technology and leaders across lending, operations, finance, and member services to deliver enterprise-wide systems, services, and strategic outcomes. The incumbent manages key programs and teams, and ensures that infrastructure and systems effectively support business goals. This role translates strategic direction into actionable plans, drives execution, and ensures service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Background Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check, due to the nature of the employers business, candidates with a criminal background will not be considered for employment. Work Week Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours as necessary. Minimum Experience Must also have 10 years of increasing responsibility in technology management Preferred Experience includes: Experience with Jack Henry Symitar core system Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union environment

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCUA, FFIEC)
