The Opportunity As a Financial Jr Director , you will work directly with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions based on their needs. Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients through phone, Zoom, and/or in-person appointments Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' financial goals Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies Present and recommend appropriate financial solutions Build and maintain long-term client relationships Follow up with leads and prospective clients Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and personal prospecting Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills Opportunity to build and eventually lead your own team of agents What We're Looking For No prior financial services experience is required.
