Branch Operations Primary Functions:
The Vice President, Branch Administration leads the retail banking strategy and performance for an assigned market or region. Responsible for driving sustainable membership growth, deepening member relationships, expanding consumer and business banking relationships, and enhancing the member experience across branches. Partners with executive leadership, community stakeholders, and market teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen Global Credit Union's market presence, and ensure delivery of exceptional financial services. Provides leadership and development for branch and retail leaders while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, member advocacy, and continuous improvement. Serves as the primary market advocate, bringing local insights, competitive intelligence, community opportunities, and member feedback to inform enterprise decisions regarding branch distribution, staffing, products, services, and growth initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Member Experience Champion a consistent member experience across all branches and interactions. Utilize member feedback, surveys, employee and operational information/insights to recommend service improvements. Partner with enterprise teams to improve processes, products, and service delivery based on member feedback and market needs. Market Growth, Business Development and Community Involvement Owns the effectiveness of branch needs-based selling and relationship-building sales model. Ensures branch teams consistently engage members, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing through appropriate products, services, and business line offerings. Develop and execute market-level growth strategies to increase memberships, deposits, consumer loans, business relationships, and services per member. Drive achievement of service, sales, and growth objectives across assigned market. Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats and recommend strategies to strengthen the organization's market position. Collaborate with consumer lending, business banking, mortgage, investments and investments executives, and other partners to deepen relationships across business units. Represent Global Credit Union within the community served in the assigned market. Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, business leaders, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups. Provide executive leadership participation in community initiatives, sponsorships, and charitable activities. Serve as a visible Global Credit Union ambassador at internal and external events. Leadership and Talent Development Lead, coach, and develop regional and branch leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives, Build leadership capability through talent development, performance management, succession planning and ongoing coaching. Guide branch teams in creating positive employee and member experiences, reflecting the credit unions mission, vision, and values. Branch Network and Market Planning Partner with executive leadership to evaluate branch locations, market opportunities, facility investments and future branching strategies. Asses branch performance, member demand, market conditions, and growth potential to recommend expansion, consolidation, relocation, and closure opportunities. Ensure branch resources, staffing models, and facilities support member experience and business objectives. Advocate for specific market needs while balancing enterprise priorities. Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support the execution of organizational objectives.

Bachelor's degree in business or finance. Creditable Experience in
Lieu of Education:
Six years' management experience in a related field.
Experience/Skills:
Strong organizational, management and communication skills with personal management experience.
