We're seeking an experienced Director Finance to lead financial operations across two manufacturing facilities and serve as a strategic partner to operational and executive leadership. Compensation:
$145,000-$170,000 base salary + 25% bonus + 20% LTI Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a publicly traded organization experiencing significant growth and investment Step into a high-visibility leadership role with regular exposure to plant and executive leadership Play a key role in improving operational performance, cost structure, and financial results Join a growth-focused environment actively expanding its workforce and operations Receive a comprehensive benefits package, including low health insurance premiums and a 5% 401(k) match Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations across two manufacturing facilities Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management Partner closely with operations leadership to drive improvements in cost structure, productivity, and labor efficiency Manage revenue recognition, standard costing, inventory controls, and related financial processes Lead production budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Ensure SOX compliance and maintain effective internal controls Analyze operational and financial performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team Provide financial insight and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making Qualifications Manufacturing finance leadership experience, ideally as a Plant Controller or in a comparable role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing finance Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is preferred Strong business-partnering skills with the ability to work effectively across finance and operations CPA and/or MBA preferred This role is well suited for a manufacturing finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, partnering with operations, developing teams, and driving measurable improvements in financial and operational performance. #
