Plant Controller Salary:
$145,000-$170,000

Plant Controller:
Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, including month-end close and financial statement preparation Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, inventory, and plant performance metrics Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Ensure accurate inventory accounting, cycle count programs, and physical inventory processes Monitor standard costs and support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance staff within the facility Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment Publicly traded experience would be nice to see #
