Responsibilities Help maintain and service our fleet of trucks and trailers Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues as they arise Support the team in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready Qualifications Motivated individuals encouraged to apply — experience is a plus but not required We will train the right candidate Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Full-time, year-round work Overtime pay: time and a half for hours worked over 40/week Double time for hours over 60/week or on the 6 th day Paid weekly via direct deposit 20 hours of PTO earned every quarter Vacation time plus 9 paid holidays 401(k) and Aflac supplemental insurance offered Company contributions toward health, dental, and life insurance
