Ready to walk into an accounting role where you can actually make an impact? We're looking for a hands-on Controller / Senior Accounting Leader to help lead and strengthen an accounting operation during an exciting period of change and investment. This isn't a "sit back and review reports" kind of role. We need someone who likes to dig in, solve problems, build better processes and get things done. What you'll own: Month-end/year-end close & financial reporting General ledger and multi-entity accounting AP oversight and accounting operations Reconciliations, controls & audit support Process improvement and financial cleanup Helping build a stronger accounting function going forward You may be a fit if you're: A Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager ready for more ownership Strong technically but still willing to roll up your sleeves Comfortable walking into an environment that's evolving A problem solver who doesn't need everything perfectly buttoned up Looking for a role where your work will be noticed Hospitality experience is a plus — not a requirement.
