Lead Advisor SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing financial planning and investment advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives. This role involves assessing clients' financial situations, developing customized financial plans, and recommending appropriate financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial markets and products.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning, and risk management. Analyze clients' financial information to determine strategies for meeting their financial goals. Develop and present customized financial plans and investment strategies. Monitor clients' financial status and provide regular updates and recommendations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products. Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Participate in networking and community events to attract new clients.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job may be supervising Associate Advisor.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university. At least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training. Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: Preferred FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66. Enrolled in study course for theCERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
™ (CFP®) administered by the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards, Inc., or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) administered by the American College FINRA licenses Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 66, in lieu of the 63 and 65) Continual adherence to the CFP Board's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and Financial Planning Practice StandardsCOMPETENCIES
