Window Cleaning Technician (No Experience Needed - Paid Training) We are a growing window cleaning company looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team. No experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidates. Responsibilities Clean residential and/or commercial windows Work safely on ladders and outdoor surfaces Use basic cleaning tools and equipment (we train you) Interact professionally with customers Follow safety procedures at all times Requirements Must be reliable and on time Comfortable working at heights Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Physical ability to lift, climb, and stay active Valid driver's license preferred (not always required) No Experience Needed We provide full hands-on training. If you have a good attitude and are willing to work, we will teach you everything you need to know.
