Job Description:

As a Fireplace Technician you will be responsible for the following: Arriving on time in company-provided uniform to scheduled appointments Completing all job-related procedures, either on paper or using software Providing our customers with a positive experience Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fireplaces and fire pits as well as gas lines, venting, electrical systems, and fireplace or fire pit controls Operating company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner at all times Being part of the team through positive, engaging feedback and collaboration Maintaining an organized work area including your company-provided vehicle and all job sites Working in a safe manner at all times and alerting a supervisor if you observe unsafe work practices or conditions
