Duties Manage the entire fleet of company vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking usage, and ensuring vehicle safety standards are met. Coordinate transportation planning and dispatching to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times. Oversee procurement and sourcing of fleet-related materials, parts, and services to maintain operational readiness. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory management, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling to streamline logistics processes. Implement process improvements related to fleet operations, warehouse distribution, freight management, and category management strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies while managing driver schedules and dispatching activities.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
