Floating Center Aide, Head Start program, West Genesee Street, Syracuse

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma/GED and experience working with preschoolers. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the staff in preschool classrooms, as directed by the site supervisor. Assist in providing a safe, warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that supports each child's individual growth and development. Assist in completing observations of children and some data entry tasks. Assist with classroom cleaning duties as needed. Serve as a bus monitor/rider as assigned.

SCHEDULE

Weekdays 7:30am to 3:30pm, 42 weeks per year

Pay Rate:

$16.38/hour
