Quality Assurance Reports to: Quality Assurance Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing and packaging reviews Pre-op and Operational sanitation plant inspection Assist in plant testing Testing and sampling of products in process and finished items to evaluate product quality and safety During any change to new packaging or products, review specifications for completeness. Assure that all pertinent information is documented appropriately for incoming materials. Enforce procedures and controls to assure that all products are prepared according to the FWF standards and specifications. Check equipment calibration. Daily processing and packaging process reviews Ensure conformance to specifications Report problems or concerns to QA Assistant. Daily review of all QA reports, including HACCP Maintain test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices. Others assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

One year of QC inspector food industry experience. High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to use best judgment. Computer skills (word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees Open to working night and weekend. Full-time
