Food Service Shift Leader

Wingstop is hiring a full-time Manager in Middletown to run daily shifts and guide the crew. Earn up to $22.00/hr keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Shifts :

Monday-Sunday, all shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays) As a Manager, you step in to lead when the General Manager is away. You will direct the crew, cook on the line, and handle customer service. This role fits someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen and wants to take on more daily responsibility. You will train to build the skills needed to advance to a General Manager position. What You Need Required 18 years of age or older High School diploma or GED 2 years of work experience 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience ServSafe or NYC Food Handlers License Access to reliable transportation Ability to read, write, and speak basic English Ability to handle cash and use a register system Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Previous experience managing a fast food or casual restaurant Your Day-to-Day Tasks Direct the crew across front counter and kitchen stations during your shift. Jump on the grill, work the fryers, and take guest orders to keep lines moving. Monitor food quality, inventory levels, and labor costs. Count drawers, manage cash control, and secure the restaurant at close. Enforce health department safety codes and routine equipment maintenance. Train new hires on safe cooking habits and customer service.
