Job Description

  • At Ervin Cable Construction, LLC, as a Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You'll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • What you'll do
  • + Lead crews to meet project timelines + Safely operate and control assigned equipment + Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed + Oversee and help with training of crew members + Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations + Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork + Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance + Perform work in all weather conditions + All other duties as assigned •What you'll need•+ To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + A valid driver's license + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred + At least three years of related experience + Previous Foreman experience preferred •Physical abilities & exposures•+ •Routinely•: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds + •Occasionally•: use ladder, keyboard and mouse •Why grow your career with us•Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
