Forklift Driver, 3rd shift, 19.48 an hour Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team in a dynamic plant production environment. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to advance to a Production Tech role. As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Responsibilities Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Adhere to all safety, quality, performance, and attendance rules. Load and/or unload glass on various conveyor systems. Move racks of product using powered industrial trucks. Band racks of product according to specifications. Pack products into racks for shipment to other areas of the plant or to customers. Perform adjustments and minor repairs to machinery as needed and/or directed. Generate and maintain appropriate records as required. Achieve operator certification in all functions worked. Participate and embrace continuous improvement (LEAN) actions. Essential Skills Experience in production, assembly, forklift operation, and general labor. Ability to perform machine operation and packaging tasks. Entry-level quality inspection role experience, preferably in a warehouse or plant. 1-2 years of experience working with or operating machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications BT Inspect certification required. WS Assembly experience preferred. Ability to work night shifts after initial training. Why Work Here? Employees are well-trained and attendance is crucial, with only three attendance points allowed in the first 90 days. Safety shoes made of leather are required, and the company provides high-visibility vests, ear protection, and eye protection. The position requires shifts from 6:30 pm to 6:45 am (C&D shift), with initial orientation on the first shift from 7:30 am to 3 pm.

Frok Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vonore, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.98 - $19.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
