Job Description:
Our Distribution Center is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Forklift Operator/Distribution Coordinator for our facility in Covington, Kentucky. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the timely delivery of products to customers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and perform safe shipping and receiving activities for finished goods Support on-time product shipments to meet customer needs Enter finished goods into inventory and relieve inventory as products are shipped Prepare manifests, shipping paperwork, and other inventory movement documentation Operate forklifts and RF-mounted computer systems in a warehouse environment Maintain accuracy in inventory tracking and shipping records Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 years of shipping/receiving experience Must be able to obtain forklift certification General computer proficiency and ability to use RF scanning/computer equipment Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain focus on safety while working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
