Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the facility. Transport products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery trucks. Conduct routine pre and post-operational checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed. Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during forklift operations. Perform general warehouse tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center. Valid Sit Down/Stand up/ Reach and/or Pacer forklift certification is required.. Ability to operate Stand up and Sit down forklifts. Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation. High school diploma or equivalent.
