Job description About The Role We are hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer outcomes. This person will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer conversations, technical discovery, implementations, and solution design. The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments where flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities Partner with sales teams during the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and demonstrate solutions Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and workflows Support onboarding and implementation efforts for strategic customers Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements Develop technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation guides Assist with integrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations Help shape solution architecture standards and customer implementation best practices Qualifications 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Experience supporting enterprise customers in technical sales environments Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud systems, and AI/ML workflows Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Startup experience preferred Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data operations, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred What Success Looks Like Successful customer implementations and technical engagements Strong partnership between sales, engineering, and customer teams Clear articulation of technical value to customers and partners Efficient and scalable customer solution architectures High customer confidence and satisfaction during technical evaluations Why Join Tiki AI Join the early team shaping the GTM engine of a fast-growing AI company.
