Front Desk and Social Media Agent

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Agent will also assist with social media content, so needs knowledge as to how to input effective and engaging content. We have two positions open, one part time, approximately 20 hours. The office is open from 9:00am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 9:00 pm over two shifts. The second position is our weekend, night shift from 1:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes. Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and address any concerns or requests promptly. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Provide social media content. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Social Media content knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service.
