ACHIEVE OUR CORE GOALS
Focus on delivering warm, personalized hospitality and achieving 100% guest satisfaction through efficient, sincere, and pleasant service. Key steps for the Manager and his or her team include:  Help to maintain the walks, gardens, and porches that are adjacent to the Welcome Center and to maximize first impressions.  Provide the charm of a beloved country inn with a lobby that's always clean, beautiful and welcoming and a staff that's as pleasant as they are professional.  Meld personal skills with technology to ensure complete reservations, easy check-in, accurate bills and efficient check-out.  Create memorable interactions rather than a purely transactional check-in, by making guests feel like they are part of a family.  Become trusted, knowledgeable experts, recommending beautiful places to see and exceptional experiences to enjoy.  Handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism to turn potential issues into positive experiences.  Ensure the last impression is as strong as the first, by sincerely soliciting feedback and encouraging return visits.  Achieve Net Promoter Scores of 9 or more every time.  Operate within budget.
PLAN AND EXECUTE FOR OUR SUCCESS
Be prepared to operate successfully by operating with a well-prepared plan.
Key steps include:
 Recruit, train, lead, review, recognize, promote and discipline team members to be uniformed hospitality professionals providing exceptional service.  Schedule labor to maximize team member, property owner and guest satisfaction while operating within budget  Be and encourage others to be proactive problem solvers who go "above and beyond" to exceed expectations and create unmatched memories.  Continuously follow up to verify that all issues were promptly and successfully resolved and disappointments minimized.  Purchase, receive, store, display and inventory merchandise, including seasonal merchandise, to maximize the appearance of and satisfaction with the Lobby Shop while and minimizing costs.  Use utilities and purchase and secure supplies and to operate at brand standard within budget.  Suggest goals for satisfaction for team members, property owners, and guests and present for approval.  Draft the expense section of the Welcome Center operating budget and present for approval.
TELL US HOW YOU ARE DOING
Prepare, on an accurate and timely basis, such daily, weekly and monthly reports as are now used and as may be added to monitor financial performance and measure team member, property owner, and guest satisfaction.
MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS
Absolute integrity, can-do attitude, and team first mentality are key. So, too, is a solid understanding of software and hardware as major upgrades will soon be installed. Experience, preferably front desk management experience with advanced systems, is desired. Must have good references and be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
