Position Overview We're seeking a detail‑oriented, trustworthy Bookkeeper to support financial operations and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities Accurately record daily financial transactions Process accounts receivables - including utility billing Assist with bank and credit card reconciliation Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with AP, P&L and Balance Sheet reports Support payroll and year‑end audit preparation Required Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail High integrity and discretion Basic GAAP understanding Success Criteria Produces accurate reports on time Communicates proactively about discrepancies Demonstrates consistency and reliability Builds positive vendor and team relationships

Compensation Base Pay:
