Front Desk Receptionist Closer - Denison Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders The Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Receptionist Closer to join our growing team in Denison . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical office, thrives on multitasking, and is committed to providing excellent patient service. The right candidate will work closely with our front office team to support our neurologists and help ensure a positive experience for every patient.

Schedule:

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of customer service experience Healthcare experience required Strong typing and computer skills Ability to quickly learn medical software systems and office protocols Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments Collect payments and process front office transactions Scan and organize paperwork Answer inbound phone calls and assist patients for multiple providers Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and coworkers Perform other related duties as assigned
