Senior Account Manager-Building Automation

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.

+ Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. + Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. + Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management. + Ability to travel 50-75% within 200 mile radius from employee's residence (in one of these states:

IL, MI, IN

) The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 114,000 - $142,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $131,000 - $163,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This role is incentive eligible.

• YOU MUST HAVE

• + Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. + Minimum 3 years in Building Automation. + Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. + Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
