Front of House Employee Grandote Peaks Steak House La Veta, CO Grandote Peaks Steak House is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Front of House Employee to join our team. These TIPPED positions are ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest needs. Assist with table setup, cleaning, and reset between guests. Support restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area. Work closely with kitchen and management staff to support service flow. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and take direction. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
