Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners, fostering a positive team environment Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient service flow Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize customer experience Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and proper food handling procedures Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality control Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining areas to uphold a welcoming atmosphere Lead staff training on service protocols, dietary accommodations, and hospitality best practices Qualifications Proven management experience in food service or restaurant management with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation processes Strong background in hospitality management, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Experience in shift management, restaurant operations, and food industry standards Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, and dietary department requirements is a plus Leadership qualities that motivate teams and promote a culture of excellence in service and safety Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
