Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and personable Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in restaurant management, and eager to foster a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and managing reservations using POS systems. Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent customer service, food handling, and food safety practices are maintained at all times. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and efficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing registers at the end of each shift. Manage inventory control for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless food production and service. Support food preparation and quick service operations when necessary, especially in high-volume or upscale dining settings. Foster a positive team environment by interviewing potential staff, supervising daily activities, and providing ongoing training & development opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising experience in a fast-food, casual dining, or fine dining environment. Background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety regulations; culinary experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members across shifts. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. $63,750.27 - $76,774.52 per year
