within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. The Product Advisor III supports the Private Bank in the evaluation and execution of investment real estate lending as part of a broader client strategy. This is a client-facing role that works closely with Banking Advisors and the Credit team, partnering from initial client conversations through deal closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong credit skills and a deep understanding of the investment real estate landscape, including underwriting practices and associated risks. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, are essential for success in this role. This position will support advisors across the territory, with primary coverage expected to include the Midwest and West regions. Base Salary:
$96,000.00 - $207,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.- Application Window
