Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Front Office Manager to join our ski-in/ski-out lodge team. This role is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily front office and lodge operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and homeowners with outstanding hospitality and professionalism Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, lodging information, and local recommendations Process reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms Maintain accurate information in Escapia, Breezeway, and other reservation systems Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with daily lodge operations and administrative tasks Support sales and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain positive relationships with guests, homeowners, and team members Qualifications Previous hospitality, hotel, lodging, or vacation rental experience preferred Experience with Escapia, Airbnb, VRBO, or similar reservation systems preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed .
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
