$65,000 annually JD Watches is seeking a highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee and manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a dependable accounting professional who can handle full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records while supporting multiple departments across the business. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Bookkeeping Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping functions Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Record and reconcile all financial transactions Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts Monitor cash flow and maintain organized accounting documentation Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time Prepare ACH, wire, check, and credit card payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain payment schedules and vendor records Accounts Receivable Generate invoices and monitor customer accounts Process incoming payments and reconcile receivables Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts Maintain accurate aging reports and customer payment records Administrative & Financial Support Assist with payroll support and expense tracking Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams regarding financial records Support external accountants and tax professionals with documentation requests Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information Assist management with financial reporting and operational support Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior bookkeeping, accounting, or finance role required Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper strongly preferred Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar accounting software preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and highly accountable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watch industry is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Competitive salary of $65,000 annually Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury company Professional and supportive work environment Exposure to the luxury watch and jewelry industry
