Full-Time Multilingual Learner Aide

The Luxemburg-Casco School District is seeking a Multilingual Learner Aide

• Attend classes with selected ML students to provide support within the classroom setting
• Promote the language development of students
• Reinforce lessons/concepts taught
• Offer small group and/or one-on-one support related to classwork and academic/language skills
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Desired Qualities:

• Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual (Spanish preferred) and possess experience in educational settings or with multilingual students
• Preference will be given to candidates who are able to translate educational materials and school communications
• Passion for supporting students
• Desire to work and take direction in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

$19.65 - $23.15 per hour
