Full-Time Teacher (Infant-Preschool)

Summary:

The Assistant Teacher assists the Lead Teacher in providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. This role supports the implementation of educational programs and activities, ensuring a positive experience for each child. Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily activities. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Prepare materials for activities and lessons. Provide support to individual children as needed. Observe and report on children's progress and behavior. Communicate effectively with the Lead Teacher and parents. Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children is preferred. Knowledge of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
