What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems. Perform thorough inspections to ensure safe and code-compliant work. Keep detailed documentation (notes, photos, diagrams) to support efficient service and follow-up. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates. Recommend upgrades or additional services when appropriate. Always put safety first—yours, your team's, and your customers'. Deliver world-class service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Strong in-home sales experience (2+ years preferred)

• If you know how to connect with homeowners and close a deal, you'll thrive in this role.

A positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and clean MVR. Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools confidently. Great communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards (a plus). Experience with garage door systems or ServiceTitan is a bonus—but not required!
