Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end Enforce phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers over the phone or in person Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, or refunds quickly and accurately Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising efforts to ensure product availability Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment during night hours by performing routine cleaning and safety checks Experience Previous cashiering experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
