Job Overview Daves Restoration LLC is seeking a versatile and motivated construction professional to join our team in the role of General Construction laborer, Carpenter, Roofer, Tile Setter, Framer, gutter installer etc...In this position, you will be actively involved in a wide range of construction projects, from framing and roofing to finishing and restoration work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities General labor as well as provide individual skills per each type of work we are performing Install roofing systems, including shingles, metal roofing, and waterproofing materials. Lay tile for flooring, walls, and surfaces with attention to detail for a clean finish; include tile cutting and surface preparation. Execute carpentry duties such as trim carpentry, door hanging, fence work, fixture installation, cabinetry setup, and drywall finishing. Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, siding installation, and masonry work to support various restoration projects. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not necessary as long as you have the ability to listen to instructions and learn new tasks. Must be ok with using hand tools (hammers, saws) and power tools (drills, saws) Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards across diverse tasks such as framing, remodels, cement work etc. Join us if you're eager to build a career where your skills make a real impact!
