The position is part time to full time (est 3-6 massage sessions per day, with provider scheduling flexibilities allowed), with typical clinic patient care days M/T/W/F. Options for Tuesday and Saturday hours. Our clinic provides a professional and comfortable environment for team-care approaches to muscular care, pain relief, and injury recovery. Massage therapists with us are are hourly employees, with massage wages based on a per-massage basis, and typically between $42-$55 per hour depending on case type, qualifications, skills, and insurance provider status, and, of course, client satisfaction. Hourly rate increases after new-hire probationary period.

INSURANCE PROVIDER CREDENTIALS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

(such as provider numbers with LNI and/or health insurance carriers). LMPs are paid on a twice monthly basis. We also provide pay for no-shows. Applicants also need to verify active WA State licensure, have no board or insurance company complaints, maintain their own malpractice insurance, and maintain mandated continuing education.

Provide super-professional and skilled massage therapy expertise, and an outstanding patient care experience, great patient interactions, top quality massage therapy care, charting, contribution to a low-stress team environment, be reliable, and maintain a regular schedule. Basic maintenance of the massage therapy space. We do the rest.

WHAT WE DO

Our clinic manages scheduling, patient flow, charting platform, billing, risk (such as for injury cases with no established form of payment up front), laundry and cleaning, uniforms, PPE, patient reminders and surveys, and all massage therapy supplies (including rooms and tables). We also offer some continuing educational instruction. We provide training. We also work to keep you happy, which keeps patients happy!
