General Maintenance Associate

We are looking for a Maintenance Associate who is mechanically inclined that can fix & maintain equipment. Responsibilities Assesses and repairs conveyor system and machinery. Conducts maintenance activities on building and grounds. Work on ladders, mechanical lifts and forklifts. Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyor. Research and fabricate solutions. Maintain daily log of maintenance items completed. Available to assist in shop on occasion. Conducts preventative and corrective maintenance throughout office areas, warehouse and grounds, including but not limited to doors, windows, and lighting. Performs job duties in accordance with established operational and safety standards. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Sweeping/Scrubbing Warehouse Floors Emptying Trash Walking Lines daily picking up product that falls off conveyor Skills Must possess the ability to obtain qualification to operate man lifts and forklifts. Mechanically Inclined Proven working experience Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to make use of basic technology Schedule Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
