Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
