Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated General Manager to lead the operations of our store & gas station. Requires speaking English and Spanish. Duties Lead and supervise all store operations, including gas station activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Manage staffing schedules, conduct interviews, and oversee employee orientation and training programs to foster a motivated team Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Implement effective sales strategies, monitor retail math metrics, and manage pricing to meet revenue targets Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks with accuracy and integrity Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving complaints professionally, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory control practices, retail math, and sales management techniques Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, team management, and leadership roles such as assistant manager or store supervisor Excellent communication skills in multiple languages preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Experience with cash handling, payroll administration, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks essential for operational success Familiarity with wireless sales or convenience store operations is advantageous Prior experience in merchandising, stocking procedures, marketing strategies, and store safety protocols Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while growing your leadership career.
