In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food service, and customer interactions to ensure high standards of quality and service. Oversee staff hiring, training, development, and performance management to build a motivated and efficient team. Maintain inventory control and food safety standards, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed consistently. Manage Toast POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Supervise shift management by coordinating schedules, overseeing food production, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies to meet business goals. Foster a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct regular staff training sessions on food safety protocols, food preparation techniques, and hospitality best practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all restaurant operations. Skills Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service management and hospitality leadership. Proven supervising experience in quick service restaurants or casual dining environments. Proficient with Toast POS systems sales transactions and inventory tracking. Excellent team management skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive work environment. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices. Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial analysis within the food industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of integrity in cash handling procedures. Leadership qualities that inspire staff development through training & development initiatives. Effective communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing team dynamics across shifts.
