Job Description

Restaurant General Manager — Los Milics Vineyards Los Milics Vineyards is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to help lead day-to-day operations and create an experience guests want to come back to. We're looking for someone who knows how to run a strong service team, keep things organized, and set the tone on the floor. This role is for someone who loves hospitality, pays attention to the details, and understands how food, wine, service, and atmosphere all work together. Los Milics presents itself as a high-desert Arizona wine experience with restaurant and tasting-room service across multiple locations, so this role needs a leader who can balance standards, warmth, and smooth execution. What you'll be doing: Overseeing daily restaurant operations and making sure service runs smoothly Leading, coaching, and supporting the front-of-house team Setting the pace and tone for service while keeping the guest experience front and center Working closely with culinary and wine teams to keep communication strong and service aligned Managing staffing, scheduling, floor coverage, and day-to-day team accountability Helping maintain service standards, cleanliness, organization, and overall quality Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care Watching the details that keep a restaurant running well, from team performance to service flow to overall atmosphere What we're looking for: Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior restaurant leader Strong front-of-house leadership and team management skills Comfort in a fast-paced hospitality environment A calm, professional presence and strong decision-making skills Great communication, follow-through, and attention to detail An interest in wine, food, and hospitality-driven experiences Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A great fit for this role is someone who: Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in when needed Knows how to build a strong team culture Cares deeply about guest experience Can balance hospitality with accountability Likes creating systems that make service better, smoother, and more consistent Why work with us?
