Part-time / Full-time (flexible scheduling available) About Us Los Milics Vineyards is a boutique winery in the heart of Southern Arizona with beautiful casitas for overnight guests. We are dedicated to creating an exceptional guest experience, from our wines to our hospitality. Our housekeeping team plays a key role in making each stay memorable. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere of our casitas. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest casitas to our high standards before and after guest stays Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock amenities Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas Report any maintenance issues to management Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as strong teamwork Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Benefits Competitive pay Employee discounts on wine and casita stays Beautiful work environment in a scenic vineyard setting Opportunities for growth within the hospitality team How to Apply If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating welcoming spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
